USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

Global Operations Center (GOC) Mission Systems - Configuration & Lifecycle Management:
- Provides configuration management support for GOC Mission Systems engineering services and RDT&E activities.
- Provides multi-disciplinary support for mission system services, including life cycle management, engineering, integration, and sustainment of required systems and assured connectivity in the GOC and all other locations within the USSTRATCOM Enterprise.
- Supports the planning, development, testing, and delivery of holistic IT solutions for GOC Mission Systems.
- Maintains configuration information for all IT assets deployed in the environment as configuration items (CIs) in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and manages changes throughout the lifecycle of configuration items.
- Maintains relationships between CI's, monitors, tracks, updates, and validates configuration changes using data provide by automated and manual discovery and verification.
- Supports design, planning, and implementation of changes to IT assets to include change impact modelling.
- Works closely with Change and Release Management teams.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education and Experience: BA/BS or equivalent and 5+ years of experience
- Required Certifications: A+ or CND or Network+
- Desired Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundations: ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support, or Certified Configuration Manager (CCM) or Certified CMDB Professional (CCMDBP); or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Configuration Management
- Security Clearance: minimum Top Secret. Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility. TS/SCI preferred
- Location: Onsite - Offutt AFB, Omaha, NE

The likely salary range for this position is $108,979 - $147,443. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
