The Industrial Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and improvement of system-controlled robotics, machine tools and equipment.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • As the Industrial Mechanical Technician, you will:
  • Identify and evaluate the condition of equipment and determine strategy to repair and rebuild
  • Own preventative maintenance and extensive repairs; diagnose problems, plan and complete work required, identify and order parts
  • Maintain and modify machine tools, conveyors, process equipment, facilities including spindles, pumps, motors, guarding, drives, bearings, lead screws including lubrication fluids and coolant
  • Apply knowledge of components, devices and equipment used in industrial equipment applications and the related mechanics including various machine tools, measurement devices, lathes

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Mechanical Discipline OR High School Diploma/GED with a Military Mechanical Training Course
  • Ability and willingness to work off shifts and weekends
  • Must be 18 years or older

Desired Characteristics:

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in Manufacturing Facility in a technical maintenance role
  • Strong mechanical and hydraulic fundamental and safety knowledge (schematics, precision measurement tools, LOTO)

The hourly pay range for this position $30.90 - $37.61 USD per hour. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. This posting is expected to close on November 10th 2024.
