Job Description
Turboprop Cost Leader will lead a mix of resources to drive a multi-year cost out strategy for the Legacy (H-series, M601) and Catalyst engines. This leader will work to execute and implement projects and will leverage data and analytics to proactively abate cost. Will also drive teams and operational rhythms, enhance connectivity, and execute on actions that support business objectives. This leader will have the ability to affect the learning curve of the cost on new technologies for new make engines and MRO engines alike.
