The Total Rewards Strategy & Operations Manager serves as the strategic thought partner and total rewards operations lead for GE Aerospace's Head of Global Total Rewards. In partnership with the Head of GTR responsible for developing and executing the strategy to support the Global Total Rewards CoE objectives and team dynamics, providing expertise and guidance with a focus on cross-department priorities, change management and operational cadence/design.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Create the CoE operational cadence in partnership with Head of Global Total Rewards and Global Total Rewards Leadership Team
- Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute both short-term and long-term talent strategies that directly support and enable function objectives
- Partner with Head of Global Total Rewards and members of team to accelerate organization effectiveness to support business needs and provide well-rounded solutions to address challenges in the attraction, motivation, and retention of our global workforce.
- Partner with the other Centers of Excellence, subject matter experts (including operations, finance, Labor & Employment & Compliance, Talent), and business/regional leaders across the HR function to develop timely and strategic programs and processes
- Act as an organizational & simplification champion who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with CoE leaders to maximize team performance
- Establish mechanisms for tracking and action planning against key talent KPIs/metrics
- Leading cross-functional global teams as required to implement key initiatives for benefit of the Total Rewards CoE
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant work experience)
- Minimum 6 years prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in HR, Finance and/or Operations/Service-oriented environment

- In-depth understanding of HR concepts and principles gained through formal education and work experience
- Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR and talent decisions, assessing talent, and effectively interfacing with high-level business and operations leaders
- Developed (oral and written) communication and diplomacy skill set with the ability to influence others by presenting sound and logical arguments tailored to the audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations make judgments based on practice or previous experience
- Player-coach approach with ability to be both strategic and execution oriented
- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels with a genuine desire to assist others
- Ability to work in changing environments, see through complexity and lead in a matrix goal driven organization
- Demonstrated experience in promoting an inclusive and diverse workforce
- Capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion
- Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, high performance work environment and team- oriented culture
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational and change agent skills

Pay and Benefits:
- The pay for this position is $152,300 - 253,800. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on February 12, 2025.
