We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Workday Compensation Module and a familiarity with Workday adaptive planning. Understanding of retirement processes is a plus. You will ensure product alignment to GE Aerospace needs, optimal employee experience and customer value. You will identify trends and/or improvements and leverage your expertise to collaborate with cross functional teams. This includes driving and/or coordinating lean continuous improvement initiatives globally as necessary.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage agile, contemporary, world-class quality Compensation system platforms and products, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity in Workday Compensation Module
  • Lead projects and enhancements related to Adaptive Planning and Retirement module in Workday, including system testing and deployment.
  • Support an overall product line strategy balancing customer satisfaction, cost, and business requirements.
  • Ensure alignment to policy and product needs, delivering market-leading, positive employee experience products.
  • Partner with HR teams to gather requirements for system enhancements and monitor system performance.
  • Partner closely with the Digital Technology team and regional teams to execute changes and support testing.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and new features, ensuring optimal system functionality.
  • Provide steady-state production support for integrations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Drive lean continuous improvement initiatives globally as necessary.
  • Evaluate changes for impact on content assets and ensure timely updates and delivery.
  • Manage product backlog and grooming

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR high school diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR product experience with gathering functional requirements and managing backlogs and roadmaps
  • Minimum of 3 years of functional or technical product experience in Workday Compensation Module
  • Proven ability to identify/anticipate and solve complex issues and manage to complete resolution
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Desired Characteristics:

  • Workday Certification in Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation
  • Experience with Workday adaptive planning
  • Familiarity with and retirement processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of and ability to assimilate regulatory and compliance requirements into ongoing product design.
  • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision and work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Strong communication skills both up and down the organization.
  • Supportive team player with a drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity: ability to flex style to suit differing cultural norms and experience of leading a culturally diverse team.
  • Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification.

Pay and Benefits:

  • The pay for this position is $111,100 - 185,200. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 16, 2025.
