Job Description Summary
Are you an experienced professional in supply chain management looking to make a significant impact in the aerospace industry? Join us as a Strategic Partner Material Fulfillment Leader, where you will leverage your leadership skills to ensure the timely and quality delivery of parts between our Risk Sharing Partners (RSPs) in Europe and GE Aerospace in the US. Although this role does not have direct reports, your ability to foster collaborative relationships, identify and resolve material delivery risks, and standardize processes will be crucial to enhancing our operations. This position is based in France at Snecma Villaroche in Moissy Cramayel.
This role will be an integral part of our business priorities both internally and with strategic partnerships with RSPs. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong working relationships between GE partners, airline customers, engineering, services operations teams, and customer and product support teams.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of parts between the RSPs in Europe and GE Aerospace in the US by monitoring and improving key KPIs.
- Identify and resolve material delivery risks by working with the RSPs on preparing and executing recovery plans and corrective actions.
- Build and strengthen the relationship between GE Aerospace and the RSPs by fostering a collaborative relationship and driving operating rhythms with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and standardize processes that ensure proper handling of consigned RSP inventory assets at GE Aerospace.
- Interface with all internal teams that have a direct impact on our ability to deliver with quality and on time: Program Management, Planning, Quality, Sourcing, Commercial teams, among others.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in Fulfillment, Materials, or similar Supply Chain roles (around 5 years is desirable).
- Fluent in English and French language.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel to the US and other locations in Europe as required.
