In this role, you will leverage your Tableau Product Management and/or Development experience to work closely with the product development team, translating strategic direction into actionable and detailed requirements. You will collaborate with application and domain leaders to define a clear and compelling strategic direction.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a diverse group of stakeholders, including Customers, Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Application Managers, Development teams, and Technical Architects. You will prioritize and deliver product features and functionality that meet the needs of our users and drive business success.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.
- Interact with customers/stakeholders in Voice-of-Customer requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products.
- Manage Contractor workforce to support deliverables & roadmaps.
- Manage Purchase Orders and ensure good budget hygiene using financial acumen.
- Support the Sales and Marketing Organization as a focal for Tableau.
- Implement FLIGHT DECK Principals to manage and support business needs and requirements.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack (or ability, willingness, and understanding to learn technology stack) and impact on final product.
- Routinely collaborates with Peers in design decisions. Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.
- Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.
- Own the releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
- Own and manage the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
- Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
- Demonstrate strategic level skills in problem solving, both PSR and At-Point.
- Navigate through ambiguity in Business needs, Requirements, and Technology Solutioning with ability and comfort
- Engage frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
- Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.
- Partner with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process.
- Mentor junior team members and resources.
- Expert in Agile Methodology.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a STEM field (Science. Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Desired Characteristics Technical Expertise:
- Tableau Product Management and/or Development Experience required.
- Salesforce Admin Experience a plus, but not required.
- Willingness and ability to learn technology stack required.
- Product Management Experience, 2-5yrs.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with versatile implementation options.
