Job Description Summary
Responsible for operating with product management teams to create a clear strategic direction for development needs and conveys that vision to the build and/or operations team. You will direct the development team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Finance users, Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners and Developers.

Role and Responsibilities
- Partners w/ the finance team and functional DT counterparts, prioritize and approve all Finance related projects across multiple Aviation Oracle ERPs
- Works with Shared Service teams and Integrations DT to collaborate on design and continuous improvement of ledger or subledger processes
- Audit & Compliance - Support Audit & Compliance initiatives from Deloitte, Gov Accounting, DCAA, Sox, CMMC, etc.
- Coordinates with ERP Operations support teams on production issues that require additional analysis or permanent fix
- Owns and manages the backlog in Agile tools such as Rally and Octane; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
- Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and in line with GE Aerospace digital supply chain priority matrix and Flight Deck fundamentals
- Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
- Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.
- Uses FLIGHT DECK tools to drive the delivery of exceptional value as measured through the eyes of our customers
- Partners with Development Leadership to ensure healthy development process.
- Mentors junior team members.
- Provides technical leadership to TPMs across organization. Expert in Agile Methodology: Coaches others.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years Technical Product Management
- Oracle R12 or Oracle Fusion experience with Oracle Financials experience
