Support business processes to achieve USG approved Purchasing System ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the needs and understanding within the business. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how purchasing system integrates within Sourcing and other business systems; has working knowledge of compliance within the context of business process operators and owners.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities -

  • Provide oversight and management of the Purchasing system risk assessment and surveillance audit process including Procurement Manual, FAR/DFAR interpretation of changes and execution plans, Annual Certs and Reps, USG flowdowns and management of terms and conditions
  • Provide oversight and management of Cyber/CMMC processes in support of Sourcing
  • Support Sourcing and Compliance teams in responding to DCMA CPSR audits and in performing internal self-assessments, and support for other business systems audits as they relate to purchasing
  • Own the review and update of Procurement Manual, Sourcing Work Instructions, T&C and other policies and processes to ensure overall efficiency and compliance of the Sourcing organization
  • Develop and/or implement education programs addressing government compliance in partnership with the Learning & Development team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree, from an accredited university or college with three plus years professional experience or a high school diploma / GED with six plus years' professional experience
  • Three plus year USG experience in Sourcing, Contracts, and/or other related Business Systems

NOTE: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
