Job Description Summary
This person will be responsible for generation of a material forecast to support the services aftermarket for a product line. Role responsibilities include collaboration with the services, finance, overhaul and repair and supply chain teams to ensure the most accurate material forecast possible is output and then understood by the supply chain team. You will work directly with the product line shop visit forecasting and finance teams to ensure the material forecast will support services customers and business financials.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate and develop the holistic piece part forecast from product line teams, ensuring the material load supports the sales plan, the long-range forecast, and inventory plan
- Ensure operational alignment with relevant business Key Performance Indicators
- Utilize prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute process and strategy
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, digital information or engineering
- Take new perspective on existing solutions
- Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations
- Use multiple internal and expand on external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Lead projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Use data where necessary to explain difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
- Develop persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field
- Driving collaboration across unique functions

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years f materials, production planning, sourcing, services and/or supply chain operations experience) + minimum of 5 years f materials, production planning, sourcing, services and/or supply chain operations experience
