Role Overview:

The Senior Manufacturing Staff Manager (Material Plan & Execution) will oversee sourcing and fulfillment operations, ensuring that production meets the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in manufacturing processes, lean principles, and team management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer fulfilment of orders while ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs, which includes optimizing inventory and improving processes.
  • Provide support in data analysis that will enable fulfilment of parts, identify reasons for gaps, and supporting root cause analysis.
  • Enable shipping team to meet the daily shipping target with a focus on critical shipment parts, which includes monitoring of shipment in transit and coordination with dock manager.
  • Coordinate closely with Quality team on final shipment loading and ensure correct shipping procedures are followed.
  • Lead others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
  • Interact with adjacent functions to solve issues. May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
  • Present business or technical discipline solutions to leaders and influence peers to take action.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations leadership)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations leadership

  • Supply chain experience with component manufacturing and assembly
