Job Description Summary
Drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Special Process Technology Center team function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Tracking transactional and manufacturing process metrics for a widely distributed team of process experts. Could be degreed or non-degreed. Responsible for audit coordination and execution, delegated personnel resources and alignment with Business needs.
- Working across multiple technical manufacturing disciplines. Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- Understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team is integrated with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose novel solutions with guidance and collaboration. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members.
- Provide project management support for several SPTC initiatives being worked by the team.
- Train and coach individuals and teams on the requirements of some of our recurring systems and activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing process, quality, production, operations. (or high school diploma with 4 years of manufacturing experience).
