Role Summary/Purpose
The Site Quality Leader - Evendale Assembly will provide strategic and technical leadership to drive Zero Defect Culture and Proactive Quality in Evendale Assembly and Test Operations. The person in this role will lead the Evendale assembly quality team and will partner with the site leadership team.
Essential Responsibilities
Strategic
- Owner of Zero-Defect Culture and Proactive Quality in Evendale Assembly and Test.
- Root cause owner for Quality investigations
- Collaborate with the plant leader and greater assembly and test network leadership on Breakthrough Objectives and Top-Level Improvement Priorities
- Champion the Lean Transformation, leading kaizen on the shop floor and providing subject matter expertise on methods and tools such as Problem Solving

Organizational
- Lead a team of quality professionals.
- Work closely with the horizontal assembly quality team and Aerospace quality team to drive read across, best practices, and network wide continuous improvement.
- Coach/mentor team on an ongoing basis.
Operational
- Assure performance to Key Performance Indicators in delivered and in process quality.
- Maintain strong regulatory compliance
- Own site level KPIs and daily management
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university.
- Minimum 8 years of Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related experience
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to travel up to 10% - domestic travel
