- Develop a team of EHS professionals and serve on the site's leadership team to direct and influence site EHS compliance and culture.
- Lead a team of professionals to develop and integrate EHS programs in a manufacturing facility with growth and continuous improvement.
- Lead and maintain EHS programs, procedures, practices, licenses, permits and site-specific EHS documentation, records and plans to assure compliance with all regulatory and business requirements.
- Create and implement the site's EHS strategy aligned with business and Value Stream expectations to achieve best-in-class performance through key performance indicators (KPI) for the site
- Partner with site leadership and Value Stream EHS team to manage site EHS compliance activities to drive a positive, proactive, and collaborative EHS culture.
- Develop and implement site-specific Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years experience in EHS)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management in a manufacturing environment
