Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
SAP GRC Management:
- Configure, implement, and maintain SAP GRC Access controls.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans.
- Monitor and report on compliance with policies and regulations.

SAP Security Administration:
- Design, implement, and manage SAP security roles and authorizations, including Fiori Apps.
- Configure and maintain security settings in SAP systems.
- Perform user access reviews and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.
- Ensure proper user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
3rd Party Security Tool:
- Implement advanced software to enhance security beyond standard SAP.
- Collaborate with security teams on provisioning and rollout strategy.
SOX Compliance:
- Support SOX compliance by ensuring effective SAP controls.
- Prepare and maintain SOX documentation and audit evidence.
- Collaborate with auditors to facilitate SOX/CMMC audits and certifications.
CMMC Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with CMMC requirements by implementing necessary security controls.
- Prepare and maintain CMMC documentation and audit evidence.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure CMMC certification and compliance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience, OR associate degree with 8+ years, OR high school diploma with 10+ years.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in application security, SOX and CMMC compliance, with a strong knowledge of segregation of duties (SoD) principles and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance.
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP GRC and software security.
- Proficiency in SAP concepts and strategy, including roles, authorizations, and user management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Experience with SAP security tools and technologies.
- Understanding of CMMC levels and requirements.
- Ability to work independently and with global teams.
Pay Transparency:
The base pay range for this position is $127,900.00 - $213,200.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/
commission based on the plan.
