Job Description Summary
This Role will be responsible for leading all aspects of environment, health and safety (EHS) & Sustainability program implementation, compliance and risk mitigation at Global Sites Located in USA, Europe & Asia. The role will be working as focal point between Enterprise & Global Site Level EHS Teams. The Ideal Candidate would be Individuals with expertise in a specific area, such as industrial hygiene, injury & illness, ergonomics, electrical safety, process safety management, etc. and/or providing general health & safety advice and support for multiple sites or a region.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsibility to drive EHS excellence culture at various sites to ensure Safety 1st.
- Support the operations with the Global systems to address EHS concerns & audits.
- Support sites in implementing GE's global EHS expectations & Frame Work
- Provide leadership and guidance to fulfil GE EHS management system.
- Ensure site EHS compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements.
- Develop proactive EHS programs to maintain a safe work environment.
- Work with Site Levels Teams to achieve sustainable EHS culture with EHS goals and measurements.
- Provide leadership & Technical Expertise on all EHS related issues.
- Develop & Implement programs to prevent occupational hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all the regulatory (EHS) requirements applicable to a manufacturing industry in diverse Geography
- Act as an immediate contact for Site EHS Leads, concerning environmental, health and safety related needs, issues etc.
- Lead Global Team and ensure Recording, Reporting and Investigation of Incidents with the root cause identification and closure.
- Develop & Sustain Programs to impart EHS Training at all levels and periodic assessment of its effective ness.
- Maintain knowledge of existing and proposed regulations and advise management of the impact to the business.
- Responsible for Leading & Developing Global Team and Talent Management

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS excellence culture at various sites to ensure Safety 1st.
