Job Description Summary
As part of the RISE Systems team, the RISE US Government (USG) Program Manager role leads the execution of the NASA Hybrid Thermally Efficient Core (HyTEC) NASA cost share contract. This role partners heavily with the Technology Maturation Systems Leaders, Systems Module Integrators, Module Leaders, Contracts, Finance, Legal and the design team to ensure contractual outcomes are achieved on schedule and supports the broader program technical readiness. This role will be responsible for managing the financial, schedule, contractual/deliverable obligations, technical progression and communication strategy for the NASA customer.

- Program management of the NASA HyTEC contract
- Metric creation/tracking, includes financial, resourcing, contractual deliverables and supporting schedule activities
- Routine communication with the USG NASA customer
- Ensure contractual deliverables are reviewed and provided to the customer per the deliverable schedule
- Coordination with internal engineering, contracts, finance and legal teams in support of the contract
- Evolve current operational rhythms for the contract, monitor success and continually improve contract execution
- Provide work scope guidance, drive resource plans, while following internal program timelines and tech maturation plans
- Assist with future USG external funding pursuits for RISE Open Fan
- Support the development of strategic pursuits of future external funding opportunities
- Understand obstacles spanning a range of engineering disciplines and drive escalation to leadership as required
- Own the Flight Deck Operating System to manage external government technology development programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in engineering or a related field with minimum of 5 years experience

- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Program or project management experience
