This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Quality & Safety Specialist is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, incl. input preparation coordination
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Provide general support to visitors
- Perform various ad hoc task according to Quality & Safety Leaders' instruction

Required Qualifications
- English language (B2/C1)
- Czech or Slovak language (C2)
- Min. Bachelor's degree
- Min. 1 years of experience in similar role, ideally with frequent interaction to Senior Leadership
- Ability to set firm but realistic deadlines
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills
- Developed organizational skills
- Punctuality and orientation to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
