As part of Avio Aero Airfoils Quality team, the Quality Engineer intern will support the following Quality Engineering activities:

• Active participation to all activities related to product validation (First Article Inspection; Validation Package collection and verification, etc.)
• Refinement of Process FMEA's
• Follows up the related action plan until all corrective actions have been implemented and the Lesson Learnt institutionalized
• Customer returns investigations and resolutions.
• Daily Meetings with Manufacturing/Quality/Engineering teams Standard Work
• Daily MRB (Material Review Board) activity involvement

• Master's degree in Mechanic and/or Aerospace and/or Management Engineering
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Power Point
• Fluent in Italian and English
• EU Work Permit

• Effective problem identification and solution skills
• General knowledge of main quality problem solving tools (e.g. Ishikawa diagram, 5Wx3L, Pareto Diagrams, Control Charts, Gage R&R, etc.)
• Strong oral and written communication attitude
• Strong analytical and problem solving attitude
• Study or internship experience abroad will be considered as a plus
