In this role, you will leverage your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop lean processes and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to impact short-term and some long-term business goals

  • Prioritize and implement multiple concurrent process improvement projects, alone or as part of a multifunctional team, to drive customer satisfaction and business productivity
  • Analyze production and service limitations, then develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques to track the progress of improvement efforts
  • Oversee evaluation of test equipment, precision measurements, accuracy measurements, and performance testing
  • Work with Material Review Board to disposition nonconforming material and develop containment and corrective actions through TOPS8D and 5 whys
  • Work with NPI teams to approve new suppliers of materials/ services used in product realization and qualify their processes
  • Work with Sustaining Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Sourcing to resolve quality issues related to existing suppliers
  • Conduct training on quality assurance concepts, specifications and monitoring tools
  • Collect, organize, and analize process informations and data for the Company and upon customers, supplier requests in order to drive a continuous improvement and Customer focus
  • Specify, develop and accept advanced technology, quality related information and test equipment
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards new product introduction involving new processes or advanced automated equipment and provide a provide a state of the art quality engineering approach
  • Act as consultant with authority when related to the quality standard application and towards each Company representative
  • Inclusive approach to always involve manufacturing and engineering organizations to improve Quality and Manufacturing processes

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Scientific disciplines
  • Previous experience in Additive manufacturing business
  • Multiple task attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • English and Italian fluent
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
