advanced technology engine services overhaul facility. Here, employees are helping to restore commercial and military jet engines to their fullest functionality, efficiency, and performance. We have experienced teams working in plasma, frame and wire spraying, polyurethane and sermetel painting as well as heat treating, brazing, and TIG welding operations. In addition to comprehensive internal engine repair/overhaul, we also operate a world- class evaluation and testing facility that's FEDEC capable.

Role Overview: As a Production Planner / Scheduler Associate, you will work on-site in Arkansas, coordinating and monitoring the flow of products through the complete production cycle. You will provide timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor to achieve both internal financial goals and customer delivery dates.

Additional Duties:

  • Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule.
  • Coordinate between warehouse and purchasing on material shortages.
  • Notify Sales of any schedule impacts to customers.
  • Coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved.
  • Monitor production performance to the master production schedule.
  • Complete status reports, such as production progress, customer information, and materials inventory.
  • Update production status boards daily with production status and percent complete.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent school/work experience.
  • Experience in scheduling or a similar role preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate superior time management skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Additional Information:

  • Full-time position with standard business hours.
  • Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
  • Work shift: 1st Shift (United States of America).
  • Primary location: Arkansas(GET) KS US.
  • Background and drug screening required.
  • Must pass background and drug screens.
