As a Production Painter and Sprayer, you will be part of a 4-person team that rotates daily job duties monthly.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Role Summary:

Operating both booth air and gravity paint sprayer, with High Pressure-Low volume painting and standard painting

Apply epoxy based, polyurethane, and enamel paints

Apply touch up epoxy based, polyurethane, and enamel paints as required to ensure bare metal on customer repairs is touched up with paint or other appropriate material

Conformal coating of printed wiring cards

Mix paints, preform viscosity testing, and adjust equipment to meet specifications

Create nameplate/labels on various media and adjust equipment to meet customer work instruction and drawing specifications

Essential Responsibilities
In addition, you will:

Facilitate movement of product into and out of the repair shop

Work from manufacturing work instructions and read blueprints

Eligibility Requirements:

2 years' experience in a production spray painting environment is preferred

High School Diploma or GED

US Citizen

Keen attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and PDF Viewers.

Excellent attendance history

Ability to produce error free products

Strives to meet or exceed job requirements
