ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you will:
- Consolidate monthly workforce analysis at Plant level, driving variance analysis by shop
- Monitor performance KPIs and targets, ensuring the alignment with costs and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze production requirements
- Plan and forecast shops needs to ensure proper and optimized level of utilization of the workforce
- Support Manufacturing Target Cost definition during cost estimation
- Learn and apply technical method to measure routing time with stopwatch
- Analyze Hourly Direct/Indirect activities, and provide criteria for definition of the workforce needs
- Learn how to consolidate the Hourly Strategic Workforce Planning

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- High Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawing & technical specifications
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
- EU Work Permit
