Job Description
As Procurement Data Analyst Intern at AvioAero, you will be able to learn how the Sourcing is built and how we drive our operations with the Suppliers. You will contribute to the optimization of data-driven tools and processes within the Global Supply Chain through Data Analysis tools.
In this role, you will report to the Procurement Data Analyst Process Owner collaborating with the Procurement Team and Digital Team learning how to relate with different departments.

Essential Responsibilities:
- You will learn how we track the performances of our suppliers and how we drive our decision-making process through Data Analysis.
- Assisting in the development of new analytical tools to improve Procurement operations in 2025.
- You will learn how to use the tools available on Dashboard that led our decision-making process supporting the requests for enhancement and bugs fixing on existing Dashboard in collaboration with IT Department.
- You will understand what the supply base in AvioAero is and conduct the building of the data record to understand the % of usage of Supplier Portal by our Suppliers, monitoring actions progress with Commodities.
- You will learn how to use problem solving tools (5 Whys, Six Sigma) managing tickets associated to Dashboard, ensuring the issue is clear and that the corrective actions are on set.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Engineering, Math Engineering or Management Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of Data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
- Good knowledge of Office 365 Suite.
- Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL, C).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken B2/C1).
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to work.
- Can Do attitude, curiosity, and Teamwork oriented.

- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Interest for Aerospace sector and related applications.
