Essential Responsibilities:

  • Read work orders, formulas, and processing charts to determine specifications and sequence of operations.
  • Weigh and measure specified ingredients and binding agents.
  • Mix and grind materials.
  • Load and unload parts, monitor operations, and adjust controls of various processing machines and equipment to prepare, combine, or alter materials to achieve specific component properties.
  • Clean materials as required before processing operations.
  • Inspect, measure, and test components to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Enclose components in housings and stamp or etch identifying information on finished components.
  • Count, sort, and weigh processed items.
  • Maintain accurate manual or computerized records of production and inspection data.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out, reporting safety concerns, using appropriate PPE, and following all safety practices.
  • Ensure all products meet quality assurance standards.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with the ability to interpret and follow written procedures (e.g., AWI), complete documentation, and follow verbal instructions.
  • Must pass physical, background, and drug screenings.

Desired Characteristics:

  • At least 1 year of experience and/or training in a related manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and identify process improvements.
  • Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Commitment to following and promoting safe work practices.
  • Effective communication skills.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
