Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
- Optimize inventory and process improvements
- Develop research programs on the basis of a year
- Give input to business programs of a encompassing part of a function or a business unit and to midterm plan
- Own Growth Playbook, Strategic Sales and Operations Planning for site
- People leadership for Hourly and Salary
- Site delivery focal - Internal/external customer interaction
- Develop and execute delivery action plans to support customer need
- S&OP leader
- Inventory management - Internal/external
- Functional owner for site ERP
- Logistics - Coordinating daily/weekly transportation needs

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing Planning and Execution experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of Manufacturing Planning and Execution experience
