Job Description Summary

The Plant Fulfillment Leader will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. In this role, you will plan and schedule material/production needs.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
  • Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
  • Optimize inventory and process improvements
  • Develop research programs on the basis of a year
  • Give input to business programs of a encompassing part of a function or a business unit and to midterm plan
  • Own Growth Playbook, Strategic Sales and Operations Planning for site
  • People leadership for Hourly and Salary
  • Site delivery focal - Internal/external customer interaction
  • Develop and execute delivery action plans to support customer need
  • S&OP leader
  • Inventory management - Internal/external
  • Functional owner for site ERP
  • Logistics - Coordinating daily/weekly transportation needs

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing Planning and Execution experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of Manufacturing Planning and Execution experience
