As an Early Career Trainee (ECT) within the Commercial Engines & Services (CES) Sales & Marketing organization, you will get the opportunity to develop and grow your commercial acumen and financial expertise over the next 18 months within our Lessors team.

Essential Responsibilities:
More specifically, you will:
- Support day to day needs of the Lessors General Manager and broader lessors team.
- Learn and partner with our sales and deal teams to generate competitive proposals.
- Support analytical as well as visual management needs for the broader lessors team.
- Learn and apply FLIGHT DECK - our lean operating model centered around driving a customer centric culture.
- Learn and ultilise Salesforce to support campaign and opportunity and reporting capabilities

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Legal, Finance, Business Management or STEM related subject from an accredited university or college
- Proven experience of working experience supporting or working directly for a lessor(s)
Desired Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or completion of Master's Degree in Aviation, Legal, Finance or Business Management or STEM related subject from an accredited university or college
- Passion to gain a deeper understanding of the commercial function and driving success for Aerospace with internal/external stakeholders, our customers, partners and colleagues.
- Ability to lead and deliver on result orientated priorities using strong project management, analytical, time management and prioritization skills
