This person will manage the master plan for all engines and modules across all product lines, monitoring each engine/module throughout its shop visit, ensuring TAT & Cost are on target.

Essential Responsibilities
- Monitor engines/modules throughout each shop visit, ensuring TAT & labour hours are on target
- Proactively identify opportunities for labour-flexing across site, ensuring that production plans are always met whilst labour capacity is always fully utilised
- Drive adherence to plan via Production Schedulers (direct reports)
- Use information provided by Site Data Analyst and Production Schedulers to optimise engine/module plans, minimising cost and TAT.
- Work closely with Repair Overhaul leader to ensure that repair and overhaul plans align
- Work with wider planning team on short/long term business planning; labour and tooling capacity
- Coordinate engine updates for the customer teams, ensuring that they are kept up to date with the progress of their engines
- Support development of digital planning tools

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university of college, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Must work well under pressure with the ability to make logical decisions in short timeframes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experienced user of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Knowledge of Lean principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
- Works well with teams and individual at all levels of the business
Desired Characteristics
- Familiar with the SIOP concept
- Experience in a planning environment
