JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain proper inventory to meet production needs as well as inventory metrics.
  • Count incoming/outgoing material to verify inventory.
  • Operate machinery as needed i.e.. Forklift.
  • Create job orders for our internally manufactured details.
  • Maintain organization of stock items preserving trace and integrity of material.
  • Complete cycle count activities as required to ensure accuracy of inventory.
  • Complete all transactions needed for shipment in operating system.
  • Review schedules for material requirements.
  • Distribute materials as needed.
  • Receive material into proper computer system.
  • Create and maintain all stores logs and records.
  • Understand all customer trace ability requirements and ensure all stores activities and systems meet those requirements.
  • Monitor all raw inventory levels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform shipping transactions to ship modules in CAS, ACES and Oracle ERP system.
  • Troubleshoot/resolve any problems or issues with outgoing shipments or paperwork.
  • Sort, file and maintain job router records to support Quality System requirements.
  • Communicate with team members on daily shipment requirements and all levels of the organization on shipment issues.
  • Perform all export transactions and paperwork as needed.
  • Arrange shipments with export carriers.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to a working environment that changes daily in order to keep outgoing materials moving to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide positive support of all business initiatives.
  • Provide weekend support for product shipment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
