As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will manage daily operations at our site in Norwich, NY to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including our Service Shops. You'll have a direct impact on how we approach projects, improve processes, and shape the way our team works together. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, you'll help set priorities and guide the team towards success. While you'll follow established professional practices and policies, you'll also have the autonomy to make important operational decisions. This role requires sound judgement, leadership, and a passion for excellence in manufacturing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversees operations within the production facility, ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost are met while driving continuous improvement initiatives based on industry standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop both salaried front-line leaders and hourly employees, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in best practices and quality control, staying up to date with the latest technical advancements and contributing to strategic planning and policy development.
- leverage deep knowledge of industry best practices to ensure seamless integration between departments while maintaining a strong competitive edge in the market.
- Apply sound judgement to solve operational product management challenges, utilizing technical expertise and data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- Acts as a trusted resource and role model for colleagues, sharing knowledge, leading by examples, and supporting professional development. Manage small-scale projects with moderate risks, effectively communicate complex information, and influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environment).
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

The base pay range for this position is $111,700 - $125,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on May 5, 2025.
