Role Summary:
Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Define and control production process including tooling and equipment
- Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
- Leads and tracks repair industrializations aligned with repair readiness levels
- Leads manufacturing projects
- Collaborates with the engineering team and operations
- Investigates, develops, and applies new technology
- Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent
- Communicates with direct team and supervisor
- Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research
- Works on cross functional teams

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Manufacturing)
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
- This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, nationals of the United States, asylees and refugees) due to access to export-controlled technology.
- Must pass background and drug screens.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
