You will be responsible to ensure all parts due for shipment are supplied with all relevant quality/shipping documents. You will also ensure timely closure of customer orders by coordinating other functional departments.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Support stocking of component engine parts from New Make and Consignment materials.
- Picking and swapping of component engine parts for shipment.
- Ensure parts send in for stocking from shop and paperwork associated with the parts is complete.
- Perform all required transactions for material transfer.
- Perform cycle-count and Annual Physical Inventory
- Liaise and coordinate with other functional departments to ensure timely closure of customer orders.
- Support and perform Inbound Receiving scope for Repair parts.
- Support and perform Outbound shipment scope for Repair parts.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- O' Level/ NITEC and/or with Experience in Shipping or Equivalent and
- Able to read and understand the manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English
- Fast learner
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to carry heavy load
Desired characteristics:
- Forklift license
- Knowledge in Inventory Management
- Basic knowledge in IT (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Able to operate Automated Storage Retrieval System/Lean Lift for parts storage and retrieval
- Effective communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet the delivery requirements
