Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
The role with partner with the General Managers across CES Product Lines to establish Standard Practices and GE Aerospace Strategy for Lease Pool Management.

Optimize Pool Size and Cost:
- Ensure that the size of the lease pool is optimal to meet demand without incurring unnecessary costs.
- Analyze current pool size, forecast future needs, and adjust the pool size accordingly. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
New Commercial Agreements for Lease Pool:
- Establish new commercial agreements to support the lease pool.
- Identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and formalize agreements.
Manage Owned Pool Allocation for LEAP and CFM56:
- Efficiently allocate owned pool resources for LEAP and CFM56 engines.
- Analyze demand, allocate resources accordingly, and ensure optimal utilization to support fleet stability
Relevant Experience and Skills
Experience with Lease Pool:
- Proven experience in managing lease pools for aircraft engines, including tasks such as optimizing pool size, cost management, and ensuring fleet stability.
- Analytical skills to assess pool requirements, negotiation skills for lease agreements, and strategic planning to optimize pool operations.
Experience with Campaigns:
- Familiarity with the processes and operations of structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and experience in structuring financial and commercial terms.
Experience with Customers and Lessors:
- Extensive experience in interfacing with customers and lessors, building and maintaining relationships, and influencing decision-makers at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to understand customer needs, and experience in customer relationship management.
Technical/Engineering and Fleet Model Experience & Acumen:
- Strong technical and engineering background, with specific experience in fleet management and modelling.
- Technical knowledge of aircraft engines, ability to analyse fleet performance data, and experience in developing and implementing fleet management strategies.
Experience with Value Sell Creation:
- Proven ability to create and communicate value propositions to customers, demonstrating the benefits and ROI of products and services.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, ability to develop compelling value propositions, and experience in value-based selling techniques.
Market Strategy Experience:
- Experience in developing and executing market strategies to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, and ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
Strong Team Leadership and Talent Development:
Strong Operating Background, MRO & Customer Shop Operations Experience Preferred
