Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute Level 2 cases from an electrical, mechanical, process, and materials perspective.
- Manage standard work and daily management for Level 2 cases globally, implementing lean standards.
- Efficiently resolve complex Level 3 cases through collaboration across the organization.
- Work closely with the service coordination team on unplanned service cases.
- Support Account Managers by providing resources and expertise to assist top customers, including onsite support.
- Create, share, and leverage knowledge to empower teams and drive customer satisfaction.
- Deliver training for customers or Field Service Engineers, both in-house and at customer sites.
- Provide leadership and administrative management for assigned personnel, including defining roles and responsibilities, conducting performance appraisals, promoting professional growth, and offering performance feedback.
- Mentor new technical support engineers and foster cooperation between technical support and field service teams.
What You Bring:
- Over 3 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in special machinery or EBM technology.
- Leadership skills to guide and influence without direct reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in lean process improvement pillars.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for people and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel globally up to 50%.
