Role Overview: As the Lead Team Coach for the 3rd Shift Dominators/Special Forces, you will work on-site, leading and mentoring a team of front-line hourly manufacturing employees. Your role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and consistency of production lines, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
- Train, develop, engage, mentor, and inspire the manufacturing team.
- Manage employee performance, including coaching, development plans, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Lead the team in achieving goals related to safety, quality, cost, production, and compliance.
- Monitor production schedules and trends, coaching Production Specialists on implementation.
- Assess capacity and process capability to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with Materials, Customer Service, other departments, and outside vendors.
- Communicate key business and customer issues to employees.
- Support Senior Operations Managers in strategic planning of resources.
- Prepare and present key information for meetings and trainings.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Required to achieve and maintain a FAA Repairman Certificate to oversee employee training and cross-training.
- Willingness and ability to work any shift, flexible hours, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous production supervision experience.
- Previous experience in Coating, FIC, Vacuum Furnace, and Chemical Stripping.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations/Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Flight Deck Fundamentals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
