Essential Responsibilities :
The Lead Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment will:
Drive and facilitate the development of material services agreements with the F110 International customer base.
Leverage industry best practices and provide insight in managing KPIs for service contracts.
Includes activities such as:
Forecasting Long Term Material Needs for Designated Customers
Processing Transactions

Communication with Site Operations, Warehouse Logistics & Shipping.
Order Management including Customer Quote, Pricing, Order Entry, Shipping, Closing Invoices, and Tracking Receivables.
May support forecasting, billing and collection activities.
Key contact for customer inquiries. Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
Ability to work outside typical working hours (e.g. 8pm) to support International customer teams in other time zones.
Engage in sales activities for assigned customers and develop a quarterly Sales plan.
Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.
Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) regarding customer issues, internal KPIs, and processes.
Qualifications/Requirements :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Order and Fulfillment.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications :
