Job Description Summary
The Lead Financial Analyst will drive global contractual entitlement for billings on CFM/Leap Customized Service Agreements (CSA) by partnering closely with the airline customers, JV partners and GE operations team. The candidate will manage global portfolio of contracts and manage the CSA billing process. CFM/Leap CSAs account for $1.2B/year of billings and cash. The candidate will work closely with the Services Executive Leader for CFM/Leap product lines and will also be involved in various LEAN and Process improvement initiatives.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive billing entitlement (timeliness, accuracy) on America's CFM/Leap portfolio by partnering closely with the Customer Program Manager (CPM) and JV partners around the globe
- Execute on contractual entitlement for Popular, Restored, Min EFH and Supplemental T&Cs of the contract
- Prepare the monthly reporting package that includes comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) within the product line
- Responsible for Restore billing process across all CSA product lines and ownership to drive process enhancements and metric expectations
- Perform analytics on how customer flying behavior and operating parameters is leading to change in billings by product line by region
- Lead Lean projects around CSA billing space and continue to drive continuous improvement and automatio

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance
- Ability to work in a cross functional and global team environment

- Experience of customer airlines operations and contractual service agreements will be an added advantage

- Strong IT skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle SAP. Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation
- Able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Clear thinking/problem solving, successfully lead projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas
