Job Responsibilities:

Role Summary/Purpose

Junior engineer testing will be the primary interface between manufacturing, Lean, & quality for all manufacturing test process development, conducting Electrical Testing and trouble shooting.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Junior Engineer Testing - you will:

  • Thorough testing & troubleshooting of power products.
  • Responsible for achieving zero DPU, zero EHS incidents & maintaining 5S+ in testing area.
  • Improvement of testing procedure and test stand.
  • Justify and procures test hardware and other capital expenditures needed for production test
  • Setup and deploys test hardware, software, stations, etc. in production
  • Train new test technicians in the use of test equipment, test process and coach the testing team
  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan test development schedules and allocate resources
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement projects
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum of 1-3 years related working experience in testing Power cabinets, control panels, converters, inverters, DCS, switch gears etc.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with automated test equipment (functional testing, Load test, Hydro test,etc.)
  • Experience with LabVIEW, Toolbox ST (Good to have)
  • Demonstrated ability to setting and meeting aggressive targets and goals.
  • Knowledge of electrical manufacturing process
  • Self-motivated, high-energy individual with passion for excellence and the ability to energize others.
  • Flexible and adaptable; Open to change and motivation of tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills
