Manage OSP transactions, ASN correctness, GRN to stock activities for buy & OSP parts from designated sources. Be point of contact to external & internal stakeholders for the supply of direct material and OSP parts as per the customer demand. Accountable for the quality of own work. Executes within a well-defined operations framework.

Job Description

• Create & maintain record of daily transit report for all material in transit from various supplier.
• Responsible for end-to-end OSP process with all OSP suppliers from dispatching goods to ensure receipts.
• Keep record of OSP WIP, aging work orders & drive on time closure with buyers/suppliers for aging work orders.
• Track shipments in transit for on time delivery, review aging transit shipments with logistics & ensure closure/resolution for facilitating clearance.
• Verify ASNs for correctness in reference to PO, COC & Invoice, in case of incorrect ASNs connect with buyers/suppliers to rectify ASNs before shipment arrives at gate.
• Resolve GRN issues for shipments arriving at gate to ensure no vehicle hold-up beyond standard TAT.
• Responsible for tracking & ensuring put-away of all parts available in receiving, resolving issues with buyers/SQE/any other CFT as needed.
• Be a focal for consolidating feedback for parts at risk weekly from all buyers.
• Track daily receipts against receiving commits & publish daily Say-Do.
• Responsible for tracking & processing RTV transactions in collaboration with buyers.
