Job Description Summary

Support management and delivery of international process alignment project across specified countries. Challenge existing and established practices, identify improvement opportunities and lead/ support a variety of projects (process alignment, problem solving, etc.) . Cooperate with the owners of individual documents and provide them the support related to the creation or update of the Company documentation

Actively interact with various stakeholders to ensure that developed solution is compliant with regulatory (Part 21, Part 145, etc.) and industry standards (EN 9100, AS 13100).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute high-impact transformation projects focused on cross-Company processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities within Company processes
  • Develop, document and standardize best practices to support consistency across multiple Company sites
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, outcomes, and improvement metrics
  • Drive initiatives for enhancing customer experience, including feedback collection
  • Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodology to analyze current processes, identify differences, inefficiencies and implement effective solutionsApply Lean/Six Sigma methodology to analyze current processes, identify differences, inefficiencies and implement effective solutions

Requirements

  • English language (C1)
  • Czech or Slovak language (C2)
  • Min. Bachelor's degree ideally in Project management / Quality / Manufacturing
  • Min. 1 years of experience in Managing Project in technical environment / Quality System / Continuous Improvement or related role
  • Ability to set firm but realistic deadlines
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills
  • Developed organizational skills
  • Punctuality and orientation to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • PC skills - knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Innovative and creative problem solver, with ability to think outside of the box and introduce forward-thinking solutions that drive business impact


  • Nice To Have:
    • Italian language
    • Knowledge of Aviation industry
