You will play a key role in formulating Union Relations strategies that align with business objectives and maintaining positive labor-management relations.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support and day-to-day leadership in Union Relations.
- Support the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and resolve disputes at the terminal step of the grievance procedure.
- Contribute formulating Union Relations strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Represent the company in Union Relations matters with unions at a designated level.
- Integrate Union Relations strategies with company/business goals.
- Exercise good judgment and decision-making to maintain positive labor-management relations.
- Provide advice and counsel to management and HR on contract language interpretation and Union policies.
- Assist functional support groups (Finance/Labor Cost, Compensation, Employment, Benefits) in matters related to union-represented employee.
- Interface with Corporate Union Relations and Public Bodies as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master's degree in law or HR subjects, or significant experience in labor-management relations in an industrial environment.
- Excellent knowledge of office software.
- Deep Knowledge of labor cost and elements of lean manufacturing.
- Knowledge of national and local contracts.
- Fluent in Italian and English language.
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
