Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support legal function as needed, potentially including reviewing or drafting corporate resolutions, contracts, amendments, memos, motions, proposals, marketing materials, communications and disclosures
- Complete legal research and provide clear, concise summaries, both verbal and written
- Strong involvement in department initiatives
- Willingness to assume responsibilities consistent with department goals
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current 1L in an accredited law school
- 3.0 GPA or greater, which must be maintained throughout employment
- Must be able to work at GE Aerospace's Cincinnati, Ohio facility during the summer on a full-time basis, up to 40 hours per week

Benefits:
The pay rate for this position is $35/hour. Relocation support and housing assistance is available for eligible new hires who must relocate to a new city for the summer. Part-time employment may be offered through the school year at the discretion of GE Aerospace.
