Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate 4-5 formal projects and 10+ informal framing facilitations per year.
- Collaborate with modelers and coaches to develop and refine strategic models.
- Write down and develop scenarios to represent a wide range of potential future outcomes.
- Describe representative views of the future and identify key decisions and variables.
- Quantify risks and benefits using probabilistic modeling tools, such as Monte Carlo simulations.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact decisions and variables to guide strategic actions.
- Continuously refine assumptions and update models to reflect changes in external and internal factors.
- Translate strategic outcomes into actionable plans aligned with annual LTS cycles.
- Develop internal capabilities to maintain and expand the use of probabilistic modeling across GE Aerospace.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic planning, scenario development, and quantitative risk assessment.
- Proficiency in probabilistic modeling tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
