Location: Cork, Ireland (or within 1-hour drive)

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You will Be the Expert: Install, maintain, and service our state-of-the-art 3D metal printing systems (Laser Machines), ensuring they operate at peak performance.
  • Document and Manage: Accurately document service requirements and manage customer cases using our advanced service CRM, keeping everything organized and efficient.
  • You will be the Customer Champion: Provide exceptional support to our customers, helping them maximize the application of our 3D metal printing systems.
  • On-the-Go Problem Solver: Conduct emergency visits and preventive maintenance, ensuring our customers' systems are always running smoothly.
  • Quality Guardian: Perform direct operations systems checks and execute tasks within a well-defined operations framework, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Feedback Provider: Offer valuable feedback on quality deviations from machine installations and operations, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Builder: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, delivering solutions that exceed their expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Adapt and Thrive: Adapt your approach and demeanor in real-time to match the shifting demands of different situations, showcasing your flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Own Your Work: Take accountability for the quality of your work, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Services & Field Services, showcasing your ability to handle the job's demands.
  • Trained electrical or mechanical engineering technician with a technical high school diploma or similar.
  • Available to travel, embracing the opportunity to explore and support customers mainly based in Cork
  • EU Work Permit
