GE Aerospace's Commercial Engines & Services (CES) business is the world's leading provider of Commercial Aircraft Engines & Services, with $25B+ in annual revenue. The Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul (MRO) network consists of ~25 engine Overhaul, Repair, and On Wing support shops in 10+ countries across the globe, executing ~2,500 engine shop visits annually in support of airlines across the world. The MRO Digital Products leader will be responsible for the digital & data solutions required to run an integrated network of 25 global shops, driving operational efficiency for GE Aerospace's customers and internal operations.   • Sit on the staff of the CIO, Commercial Engines & Services, as well as the VP, ATMRO (Assembly, Test, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), providing global business and technology thought leadership to the CES business.
  • Partner with industry-leading technology partners like SAP, AWS, and iBaseT to ensure their technology roadmaps align to the needs of GE Aerospace.
  • Manage a technology budget of ~$70MM, consisting of operational support costs and investments in new technology & capabilities.
  • Provide global leadership to an organization of 100+ technology professionals across 10+ countries & locations. Recruit and develop world-class business & technology talent.
  • Deploy SAP, Solumina, and other technologies as required into global MRO shops with the goal of transitioning from a collection of MRO shop to a fully integrated network of shops providing optimized quality and turn-around-time for airlines engine service requirements.
  • Partner with other GE Aerospace Digital Technology organizations on enterprise-wide data initiatives, including the development of AI capabilities in support of the global MRO network.
  • Evaluate new technologies, with an eye towards customer impact and internal return-on-investment, to determine applicability for use across MRO.
  • Act as a practitioner and coach in FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace's proprietary operating system.

Educations Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 12 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 15 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 17 years of professional experience

Minimum 9 years of professional experience in a variety of IT functional and leadership roles

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a People Leader
Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
