Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
The Engineering Operations Internship for 6 months in GE Aerospace consists of many domains which provide experience in various technologies as well as it offers a number of opportunities such as observing engineering activities in a pioneer aerospace company, enhancing the leadership skill, and strengthening business skills.
For the role, the main responsibilities are listed below.
- Helping to track the program schedule and to adapt schedule changes.
- Running administration of change management process for Engineering Project Management.
- Facilitating the meetings, getting inputs, distributing the outcomes and drive the overall process.
- Writing effective codes to automate tasks.
- Providing an engineering support when need be.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Undergraduate (year 3/4) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science related departments.
- Fundamental understanding of project management and data mining.
- Being fluent in both English and Turkish.
- Having basic understanding of at least one project management software (preferably Smartsheet, Microsoft project, etc.) and also Business Intelligence Software (preferably Tibco Spotfire)
- Having the capability to use MS Office Skills (especially MS Excel and MS Power point).
- Being enthusiastic to learn, open to communication, and self motivated.
