The Engineer 1 collaborates with the other members of Mechanical Systems team, as well as members of the cross-functional team, to deliver assigned objectives. In the role of Engineer 1, you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute, with guidance from senior engineering resources, the analysis, design, test or integration required to design and support assigned components, assemblies or systems that meet business standards and program / product requirements
- Execute assigned projects, investigations, or tasks to support the manufacturing source and requests from the customer
- Prepare, present or otherwise communicate technical data to internal and external customers
- Assure compliant and proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
- Participate on teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives (e.g. LEAN)
- Communicate and collaborate effectively to support Daily Management
- Share knowledge and promote open dialogue to help solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Execute projects or participate on teams to address capability expansion activities (e.g. tool upgrades, model creation, component testing)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering role
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
