Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our Systems Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of digital tools and dashboards that support daily operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for driving digital transformation. This position is available remotely.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Digital Technology, to gather requirements and define product roadmaps.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage, develop, and optimize data pipeline(s) to ensure data quality and integrity across all digital tools and dashboards.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of digital tools.
  • Manage user onboarding and communications.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

For applicants within the United States:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 7 years of experience in data analytics, digital product management, and/or information technology product management)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, digital product management, and/or information technology product management

For applicants within the United Kingdom:

  • Must have significant experience in data analytics, digital product management, and/or information technology product management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital tools, data analytics, and dashboard development
  • Data ingestion and transformation experience, including proficiency in using SQL queries to join, cleanse, and prepare data
  • Experience creating Spotfire dashboards and developing/supporting digital tools
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented individual who can find solutions to complex problems with minimal supervision
  • Experience capturing requirements, facilitating Lean process improvements, and accelerating change
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of data quality management and data pipeline development
  • Knowledge of the Aerospace industry and its regulatory environment
  • Oracle ERP knowledge
  • Aviation fleet support experience
  • Maintenance and Repair Organization (MRO) experience
