Job Description Summary

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line for our 2nd Shift. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees for 2nd shift
  • Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
  • Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/ parameters
  • Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE
  • Explains technical information to others

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing/ Production Supervision, Technical, and/or Shop Operations)
