Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line for our 2nd Shift. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees for 2nd shift
- Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
- Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/ parameters
- Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE
- Explains technical information to others

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing/ Production Supervision, Technical, and/or Shop Operations)
