Job Description Summary
As CRO Order Specialist you will work in the team of Commercial Service - Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO) and will report to the Contract Manager (CM).
You will support the Program Manager (PM) in the administration of Commercial business, interacting with all other Functions to ensure the deliverables of Contract, improving Customers' Satisfaction and guaranteeing the business continuity.

Essential Responsibilities
- Customers' Purchase Order's analysis and management, to ensure its compliance to Contract's requirements.
- Components' induction (MIL) and flow down to all stakeholders of Customer's PO, through the company Standard Work tools (i.e. GE Workflows, BPM, etc.).
- Manage the internal DataLake and Databases with Excel tools, keeping record of all process steps.
- Issue the Cost Estimation for Customer's approval; managing the archive and ensure correct flow down of Customer's disposition to all stakeholders.
- Issue Invoice for services' performed, iaw approved quotation and/or applicable Price Catalogue, guaranteeing the invoice's compliance to the scope of work in Customer's PO.
- Interface with all Stakeholders to achieve the targets (OTR Key Process Indicator - KPI) and to increase Customers' Satisfaction.
- Produce effective Reporting: through the company tools / Systems he/she must be able to produce a monthly reporting on the main deliverables of programs / contracts and comparing them vs. assigned target (i.e. MIL/month; Quote/month; Invoice/month; etc.).
- You shall support the process of Collections from Customers: issuing and sending the Statements of Account (SoA) to all Customers.
- Calculate First Time Yield (FTY)% of all process managed, keeping a performance rate >=95%.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Master Degree in Engineering (Management/Aerospace) o in Economy.
- Organizational and analytic skills; attitude to problem solving.
- Sense of urgency and prioritization on tasks assigned.
- Focused on targets and KPI.
- Proactive, flexible and able to work in an heterogeneous team.
- Customer oriented.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian language.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Familiar with Office Programs, in particular Excel; it must be able to realize pivot tables and analytical graphs, from data table.
- Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required.
Desired Characteristics
- Previous experience in project management or contract administration, in commercial roles or equivalent, preferably in aeronautical sector.
- Excel-Macro programming skills, to realize automatized transaction.
- Six Sigma Training or equivalent of L.E.A.N. methods.
